in meiner relativ kurzen blogger-laufbahn blogge ich nun schon das 3. oder 4. mal über den tod. irgendwie merkwürdig, und dennoch gut und wichtig, stets daran zu denken, dass wir einmal gehen müssen.

vor vier tagen verstarb larry norman. recht zufällig stieß ich über sound7 auf diese info. ich habe ihn leider nie live sehen können, und mich selbst sehr selten mit ihm beschäftigt, aber was man so über ihn liest lässt erahnen wie wichtig er für die christenheit unserer zeit war und sicherlich auch immer noch ist.

er prägte vor allem die christliche musikszene wie kein anderer, und war stets „konservativ und doch provokativ und nonkonform“ (ein zitat irgendwo aus dem sound7 forum)
